Our indoor training starts in early April. Sessions are 2 hours long with 1 hour being devoted to strength and fitness improvement, and the other hour for pool training. This is an excellent opportunity to work on technique, and get ready for our time on the water.
The Wahoos participate in five regattas each season. This year we will race in the following regattas (dates are approximate):
- Milton on May 23rd
- Welland on June 6th
- Great White North Sport on July 11th
- Woodstock on August 8th
- Great White North Challenge (Sat Sep 12 and Sun Sep 13)
